Yea it might not have even been the sellers fault.
Maybe down the line somebody else swapped the chip.
Which isn't so bad, even though it doesn't change the fact that it should have been at least checked to see if it was indeed the game that belongs inside that case.
You know what I hope this doesn't catch on as some kind of cruel prank on us hobbyists.
I can see it now;
Buyer: "ok Skype me so I can see you load the game up"
Seller: "ok do you see me?"
Buyer: "yep I see you, wait turn the camera so I can see the wires to your tv"
Seller: "what for?"
Buyer: "because 10 dollars is for!, now do it!, or this deal is over before it's started"
Seller: "haaaaa, fricken....., there! see, now watch carefully because im only doing this once."
Buyer: "why is your tv so small man, I can hardly see anything from here, turn down the brightness...."
Seller: (whispering curses and mumbling) "look theres the title screen and theres the game inside the system...HAPPY!?!"
Buyer: "I changed my mind."
Seller: Face palm......"this aint worth 100 bucks let alone 10, ill fricken keep it."
