Default genesis kiosk with demo system ds-16

Hello all. Happy to be here and wanted to show my genesis kiosk. I love the genesis and all it's hardware attachments. I also have a boxed new ds-16. DSC_0385.jpg

^Cool!. I've never seen another unit with the red button before. As far as I know, that spot is usually where the main cable for the Kiosk switch goes. Does it say anything about it in the manual?.

I installed the switch on mine, it came from the Ratshack. I never knew a similar switch was supposed to be there, if its indeed supposed to be there that is . But I'm really starting to believe yours is a re-reseal with a switch mod like mine.

I like the gloves, I could never own anything if I was that careful thou .

I just checked the manual and it appears to have came with the button that's on it. It would be removed if placed into a kiosk with an outer change button. If used in a certain kiosk the unit itself would be exposed and would use the stock button that's on it. I do believe the box may have been open sometime in the past 20 years not sure though. The unit appears untouched and unused and has all contents listed in the manual.

Awesome, I'm glad you cleared that out. What's the serial number in the bottom sticker?

I'll check both my ds-16's when I get home from work today. After some searching I believe to have the only boxed complete ds-16 around, at least on the Internet lol.

I bought it from a vendor in Italy. I paid a pretty penny too. But worth it to have the only one around, possibly worldwide.

If you enjoy the system alot, I think it's worth the cost. It's a nice cornerstone to a collection and always will get a few looks from friends and family. I am quite impressed with the overall condition of the kiosk. It's quite prestine! Very nice!
