I've been reading this forum for a while about sound modding and so.
YM3438 chip and some NE5532 OpAmp's where laying around a while but last night i managed to make some time to mod my Megadrive.
Soldered a RGB-Scart cable, Piggybacked the YM3438 on the original one and made a preamp with the NE5532 on a breadbord.
Wanted an external preamp since the original Headphone output is a bit broken. Fixed the US-EU-Jap switch.

And after figgling around with the shitty breadbord it worked ! But couldn't play loud since it was night.
But today ive played a bit around and oooh boy... i feel like a kid again !
Playing on US mode give the Megadrive a fullscreen instead of these bars on top and down and the speeds is correct. And the sound is amazing !

But ive noticed the bass in SOR2 and MUSHA is a bit rough and heavy. Is it the music it self ? Because when i listen to other games its smooth and punchy.
