Cuz. Oh, you wan more details? OK. He ships fairly slow, his items aren't very descriptive, he takes forever to answer e-mails (if he answers them at all) and he occasionally sends out the wrong item. I won Out-Run 3D from him and what did he send me? Out Run. It took him over a week to reply to my many e-mails about this and even longer to finally ship me the correct game. When I ask him why it takes him so damn long to reply, he becomes rude and says he does not have time to do this or that and he also says he doesn't have time to individually inspect and list condition of games unless asked. As an eBay power seller, you'd think he'd place more of a priority on such stuff. He also does not adhere to any instructions you give him along with the payment (such as to ship it to a different address). He doesn't have time to read. But he does have time to be an asshole. I don't have time to buy from his sorry ass.

same here i asked Nebrazca to send my items Priority Mail he sent them media mail i emailed him about it few days latter never got an email back from him i left negative feedback with in mins i get negative feedback from saying he did not have the time respond to my email but yet he had the time to respond to all my negative feedbacks, Reply and Follow-up he told me he would refund my money but only if i used paypal and sines i dont use paypal he didnt want to give a my refund what an asshole

Thanks. I was thinking about buying from the guy. He had two games for the Sega CD addon I was interested in, but I passed, which was probably for the better.

What an ignorant attitude towards his buyers. What the hell is a buyer supposed to do when he doesn't reply to emails? Give negative feedback ofcourse, but he shouldn't do the same because the buyer hasn't done anything wrong... Ugh!

He's the type who holds the buyer hostage. He will NOT leave feedback until you leave feedback for him and he will give you the same type of feedback you give him, even if he's the one who screwed everything up and you paid the right amount on time. The new eBay rules that go into effect soon probably make him sad since he will no longer be able to play the feedback hostage game.

Not quite. Basically the seller can ONLY give the buyer positive feedback if the buyer pays in a timely manner. This assumes that the buyer fulfilled his end of the bargain (paid in full). If the buyer does not pay I believe the seller can leave negative feedback... but eBay knows if you've paid.
