I wonder how much fanboy rage we could generate if we started writing purposely bad, satirical SNES reviews?
In the grand scheme of things, I'm still pretty new around here! From the influence of SEGA-16, I've been able to dive headfirst into the massive world of SEGA video game systems and finally experience my favorite console growing up, the SEGA Genesis. This site is an excellent resource and I'm thrilled to be a small part of it. Thank you SEGA-16, here's to the next 10 years!
Reviews in the pipeline:
Choplifter (Master System and SG-1000)
Ys: The Vanished Omens with FM Sound Patch!

Most of us just came and went over the years. We found the site, submitted reviews, pitched article ideas and he took it from there. I sometimes wish I had been more active back in the early years than I was.
It's wasn't the most perfect system (just look at the 10/10 review of Super Thunder Blade) but it got us to where we are today. I still think a few games could use some "second opinion" reviews though.
^that 10\10 for super thunder blade is ass
and prompted me to slam the game in my mega games 3 review ( im still working on it super monaco gp and me will never be friends )

10 years, what a milestone. This site is one of many that inspired me to start my own blog and god willing I look forward to hitting my own 10-year anniversary in 5 and a half years.

^Nice site.
The thought I had was, what about covering Sega's arcade games? Admittedly that'd be more time consuming than any other company, since Sega seemingly made the most arcade games over the years.
so is sega-16 going to branch out to a catch all sega site or wil it stick with the megadrive and its add ons ?

As the kids say nowadays,
^This.
EDIT: Either way, it'd be nice to see us make more progress on reviewing the almost 400 unreviewed Genesis/Mega Drive and Sega CD games before we start pushing into other systems.

I don't know if I should be happy or sad.
Either the SMS or Game Gear would make good additions to the site. The Genesis contains a near complete SMS inside it. The Game Gear was directly sold alongside the Genesis.
