How do i open a japanese mega drive cartridge?

So i got some japanese mega drive games that i need to clean, but i can't find any info anywhere about how to open them.
There no screws or such (at least not visible)

There are two Philips screws under the back label. Last time I opened one I just cut a circle where the screws are. You should be able to feel the two holes under the label. It worked better than trying to peel the label. But next time I need to clean one I'm planning on using heat then trying to peel the label.

Is there some solvent that can be used to undo the glue holding down the stickers? I have some Japanese carts and I don't want to ruin the stickers while opening the cart.

Or, alternatively, a source for high quality replacement stickers.

There are many solvents that undo the sticker glue, but I'm not sure if any of them are made to save the sticker in the process. I think heat is probably the best way to do it. I just haven't done it that way yet because I honestly don't care that much.

I don't know of a source for replacement stickers.
