I have been working on an adapter to play game gear games on my master system. I know the colors will be screwed up, but I think it might be possible if I wire the correct pins of a game gear cartridge slot to a master system cartridge. It might be interesting to try out.

Yes, but I don't think that applies to tv out, it would downscale sms to the gg's resolution, not upscale gg games to the sms resolution.
