No one is interested, yet the thread is two pages long. That's a lot of discussion from so many uninterested people!

I understand that many people don't agree with the price, and that's fine. My problem is with the precedent you want to set by spamming up the thread with complaints about the price. What's considered "preposterous" and an "invented value" is entirely subjective, so anyone should then be able to come into any sales thread and complain about the price, simply because they don't agree with it. I think the best way to show no interest is to simply ignore the thread. The lack of replies will show that the price is not favorable. If you don't agree with the the prices at a store near you, you simply don't shop there. You don't grab a bullhorn and stand in the doorway to complain about the store to everyone passing by.

I wasn't aware that so many people wanted to be able to voice their opinions about other people's sales threads, and while I never would close the posting to this forum, I will now sort of step back to moderating posts in this forum. I won't allow true spam threads or insults, but I'm not going to answer reports about this sort of thing anymore. Be warned though: people may be inclined to do the same to your threads if they think the price is wrong.

I think we should close this thread then, because no one is obviously going to buy the strip, and any chance of someone coming in to do so has been lost because of the discussion.
