PAL Optimised Games??

Is there a list anywhere on the web that lists PAL releases that were optimised for 50hz and thus dont play nice with 60hz modded consoles. From the bit of research i have done i have found the following.....

Ecco Tides Of Time
Mega Turrican
Ranger X

Shinobi III: Return of the Ninja Master

Zombies Ate My Neighbours

Is there anymore i should steer clear of and get the Genesis versions of these games?
