Valkyria Chronicles is a steal. It's the lowest price sold since release.

I'm glad that I waited on Alien Isolation. The price is just about right.
A Black Falcon: no, computer games and video games are NOT the same thing. Video games are on consoles, computer games are on PC. The two kinds of games are different, and have significantly different design styles, distribution methods, and game genre selections. Computer gaming and console (video) gaming are NOT the same thing."

I really don't mind people waiting for price drops but people continue to ask "Why doesn't SEGA make big triple A games" and then everyone picks it up in the bargain bin lol.

It depends of the game, MKX is one which I purchased by the presale, for example. However, since they said the netplay will be blocked by regions, I began to regret doing this because is a clear sign that the netcode will be precarious.

Here I am trying to help my fellow Sega-16 members out by sharing a way to save some cash and nothing but complaints and whining is given in return.

You've got to be kidding me.

I think you totally misunderstood my comment. You should re-read it. It has nothing to do with people buying it at discount, just people wondering why SEGA doesn't make large budget games as much anymore... now they know.

Alien Isolation isn't the sort of game that I'd be willing to pay full price for. I'd much rather have it on the PS4, but it will be a long time before the game ever hit under $20 on the consoles.

Typing of the Dead: Overkill is on sale for 75% off and SEGA JUST updated the game to add custom dictionaries of words that you can share with Steamworks. Thanks, SEGA!

Most of these are re-releases anyway. Who wants to pay $10 for Sonic CD? It's from 1993. I'll gladly pick it up for $2.50 though. And sales are just that, to make money. It doesn't cost anything to manufacture a digital video game product, this is the gravy train after initial investment costs.

I second this! I would definitely buy it for $5 if I were on the fence as far as getting it. The system requirements are pretty modest, but make sure your PC can run it though.
As a point of reference, I can run it at 60FPS or higher on max settings at 1440p resolution on a radeon HD7870 and 4.2GHZ FX-8320
    Modded consoles:

    Model 2 VA2.3 with unfiltered Mega Amp, & s-video
    Model 3 VA1 with compatibility fixes & s-video
