    What, like OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAND!!!...?

If you'll notice, its a very high quality collection, very little random crap like most large collections. There's no NHL 94-98 nonsense going on here.

No, Barkley Shut Up and Jam 2 is just sheer amazing. There are a few games I bought just for the epic nature of their existence, case in point Barkley Shut up and Jam 2 (THEY GAVE HIM TWO GAMES!?!?!?), Bill and Ted, etc.

oh certainly, I'm just saying I didn't buy a bunch of near identical sports games for 25˘ a piece to pad my numbers. 98% of my collection is hand picked games I really wanted, only stuff like Brutal: Paws of Fury, Prince of Persia, Super Battleship, etc. was unwanted crap from lots.

Yeah, most of my collection is hand-picked as well. If I don't want a game from a bundle, I simply sell it and buy a game I actually want.

    Nice collection 17daysolderthannes.

I keep thinking about picking up some non Sega/Sony consoles again, but I hardly ever played them when I did own them. I was going for full sets for every console back then though, maybe If I was just picking up games I wanted to play for the Nintendo stuff I might actually use them.

I still have an N64 though, couldn't live without Goldeneye

I just recently added Mega Bomberman to my Sega collection. I should have bought this game long ago, it's a blast!

Is that an official release? I'm not an expert in NTSC games but as far as I'm aware ALL EA games came on EA style carts. Do you have a pic of it?

Barkley Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden was the only one I liked honestly. Solid collection though, you have any pictures? Scrolling down 1000 lines of listed games is one thing, but seeing photos always adds to the 'holy shit' factor of it all.

They also released a standard size cart for f22 interceptor and maybe a few other games. If you want to buy them, just for the novelty, you can find them on ebay fairly cheap. but oddly enough, the copyright dates on the rerelease cart of rr2 are the same as those on the original.

That is awesome. Never seen an official normal sized EA game before. I wonder if they released any in PAL land? I doubt it because EA would have to have had two carts printed up then, and since they used the same Genesis carts for Mega Drive releases I doubt they'd go to that much effort. I know the "EA classics" re-releases in Europe all had standard sized EA carts, but maybe some of the later releases were smaller....

A bit of detective work is needed me thinks .

Genesis Great Lists Everyone !!! Congratulations.

Firstly, I'd like to say I feel overwhelmed with so many of your lists. Congratulations on tracking (or maintaining) these items.

I've been a Sega Genesis fan since 1994, but only recently have begun to enter, and understand, true hardcore fandom. Here I sat thinking I owned a large collection (currently 109 games), only to be squashed by the superior quality of so many of your items. I posted my own list not long ago and, about two days ago, I decided to grade it. If pride had a heart, the razor-sharp edge of my new, graded list certainly sliced it in half (or in four, as you will soon find out). Deep inside, I thought I owned 109 Sega Genesis games, but after much filtering-through, my bragging rights came down to a mere 24: the much covetted "CIB." Mind you, others in my list, not included in these 24, are also CIB, but only those nearing very good to mint condition managed to fill-in that newly-cut fissure in the heart of my pride.

Re-acquiring, or even expanding, my items towards an exclussive CIB collection will certainly be no small task. But, perhaps one day, my collection will be complete ( why does Ariel from the Little Mermaid pop-up in my mind whenver I say that?) For now, I vow to purchase only CIB items from very good to mint to sealed/new...NO MORE LOOSE CARTRIDGES!

BTW, I've developed a new-found interest in video game restoration. If you want to learn some skills like turning a sticker-filled loose cartridge into a mint condition CIB, let me know. You'll be surprised with the things you can do to restore your precious items ( now Smeagol's evil identity suddenly pops into my mind).

P.S.> I'd love to post some pictures, but I do not know how to do so. Can anybody help?

The list should be easy to understand. Box/manual/cartridge, these are the columns (if I have it, it will be graded). Without further ado, here it is:
