The thing with a screen LED mod, is you have to be wary of light-spotting (it's easy to create brighter areas of the screen by placing the leds incorrectly)

The lcd mod is pretty nice, might consider doing it on my own GG

Fully scaled without boarders on the internal GG screen in RGB with hi-res VGA output. A little more in cost but wayyyyy worth it!

Yes, but it wont have Composite or S-video. Only VGA (and I think 15khz RGB). You can build your own video converter for the composite output, using a CXA1645 or similar. Or just buy a JROK board.

Wanted to show some alternative points to solder for the McWill incase anybody is interested. Makes installation look a little nicer.
Also make sure not to remove R30, like the instructions say. R30 is for the low voltage detection and the LED will not blink (on low battery) if you remove it. I contacted McWill about 8 months ago about the problem. Not sure if he's updated his instructions.
