NEED HELP REPAIRING SEGA CD MODEL 2 PLEASE!!

Hello out here
I am looking for someone willing to let me send a non-working model 2 sega cd to them so they can fix it. I currently have two of them, and I really want at least one to work!!! I will pay for this service. I was also thinking about getting my model 1 genny upgraded to either s-video out or component...so please anyone HELP ME!!! One on the sega cd's powers up but doesn't spin the games, and the other doesn't power up at all. they are actually to different set ups on the inside. I would be willing to pay to have both shipped out and just get one of them sent back plus pay cash for the repair. So hit me up techie's!!! I also have an extra model one and a couple model 2 genny's I wouldn't mind hooking someone up with if they help me with this repair.

I should be able to help you with this when work lets up for me. Do you have any version 3/4 Model 2 Genesis systems? (as seen here: http://www.sega-16.com/forum/showthr...-from-bad-ones)

I just repaired a Model 2 Sega CD and have repaired a model 1 before. I've also done tons of S-video mods on Genesis systems before. See my website for more info.

I don't have any reputation fixing/modding consoles yet. However I'm planning on offering the service very, very soon. If you'd like I'd be willing to take a look at both of your Sega CD's and do the S-Video mod on one of your Genesi'.

If you're looking for perfect sound/and video - you always want to use a Model 1 Genesis. But if either of your Genesis M2's have the Sony CXA1145/CXA1645 - I can S-Video mod that as well. As for the Sega CD's - I've done a crap ton of messing around with them. I can check all the common issues and see about getting one or both working.
