Default Dead pixels in CDX lcd (was likely submerged in water)

So after bringing a cdx back from a rusty death there's one issue left I want to solve.

The lcd has stuck pixels. Whether it's on or off a hand full of pixels stay black. Not really sure how, or if, this can be fixed.

Any help is appreciated. Below is an eBay Link with the console. Spent forever cleaning that rust off.

That looks like lcd leakage to me, if it is the only fix is a replacement.
