Lol, you know what I found really funny?

If you find these on there, the famicom versions are like $7-8 or so, but the NES ones are like $20! They obviously know that the repro market in the US is willing to support higher prices for these!

And as an aside, I just use the Everdrive like a boss

I just bought an official one for the PS4. 29.99 at Best Buy minus 20% Gamer's discount.

I looked that up, apparently they remade the games with a new engine. does it allow 16x9 video or even better. that Final Fight Double Impact crt monitor filter?

I've heard the new port Mega Man Legacy is a terrible port with input lag.

I wish those Everdrive carts were less expensive, then I would pick one up.

They are so worth the money man, just set aside a bit of cash each week for awhile and you'll have the full amount before you know it. I bought my Mega Everdrive on a group buy but bought my Famicom one over black friday when he was running a sale.

I randomly stumbled upon the Stone Age Gamer store on black friday but all that was left was the Turbografx one. That's the only one really worth it to me right now considering how every one of those damn Hu cards is like $20 anymore.

I just got it and it is outstanding. But, no 16x9. I don't mind it. That would mean a lot of stretching, bc each gameplay screen is about square shaped. The only thing it doesn't do is give you a standard frame around the squared gameplay field. I haven't played much with it, so maybe it's an option I haven't seen, I don't know. Other than that, the graphics are outstanding (as good as Shovel Knight!) and the gameplay is solid.

Take all this with a grain of salt, though; as this is coming from a dude who's never played a single Megaman game in his life. I just bought it bc it's not only an official copy of all the original 6 Megaman games; but also bc it's an official way to beat the games without cheating (Official save states baby!)

The packaging is also outstanding. Comes with stickers, 18 downloadable tracks from the original games and a neat card featuring strengths and weakness for each boss (I think they're bosses...).

    More on that
