Default Ways to run Sega CD games?

I know that other than on the Sega CD, the original CD's can also be booted with an emulator on pc.
Are there any other ways/consoles to boot up and run my CD's?
I'm thinking of selling my Mega CD, but I'm not sure about the games yet.

Dump them to bin+cue+wav and run them in Retroarch. The Geneis Plus GX core is VERY good and it's worked flawlessly with everything I've thrown at it.

A softmoded original Xbox can play sega cd games or backups.
Yep feels weird but I have to admit it's cool.

Everything will be emulation one way or another. I've done the XBOX route though and it was nice you at least had decent controllers.
