This whole controversy has gotten me kind of fascinated. Movie looks so horrible and tries to blame misogyny, meanwhile it's just an awful movie in every way lol. I can't believe my childhood cartoon, has become the face of gender rights in 2016 lol.

By the way, watching YT reviews of the movie, I found a new channel (and theme) I never heard of, so ironically, this movie led me to see this babe doing "naked truth" videos, wow. I take it back that Ghostbusters 2016 has no sex appeal:

I happily forgot about this reboot but than I saw this review yesterday during the news and found it to be mildly amusing. It's the only review have seen so far, not that actively looking for them.

I have to say I'm really disappointed about the Ghostbusters reviews I've been seeing so far. I've been looking for epic hate rants, like I've found for Force Awakens.

Anyway, I've seen the two Angry Joe reviews yesterday and they reminded me of the reviews I was hoping for. Namely in the spoiler part where he acts out some of the scenes. Not sure anyone would want to watch these as they are quite long, maybe as background noise while cooking or something, but here they are;

So when I watched the Ghostbusters cast unite on Jimmy Kimmel and seen Bill Murray talk, I right away noticed he was big time tripping on his words. Glad I wasn't the only one who noticed.

Only good thing to come out of this debacle is something I was hoping they would do: they're finally re-releasing Extreme Ghostbusters! I might be in the minority, but I really liked that cartoon. Just hoping they release the second volume this time around (got cancelled due to low sales of the first) so I can complete the collection. The TV rips suck.

^ Was thinking about what you wrote. Looked up the year of the show (1997 says wiki), and came here to see what your age is? Five years younger then me (how you add age here?). By that time I started to stop watching cartoons save for maybe stuff like X-Men, Batman and Superman. As I didn't even know there was another Ghostbusters cartoon.

I kinda liked that Extreme Ghostbusters game on GBA when I briefly played it BITD. New Ghostbusters on the NES is the shit though.

Happened to notice that probably to tie-in (or cash-in ofc) with the movie, they've released the Ghostbusters game on next-gen consoles, a good chance for people who missed it the first time around to get in on it because it's a pretty good game.
