Another great video by DF Retro. This one was very pleasant to watch.

Slightly embarrassed to admit I'd never played Powerslave until after seeing this DF Retro video. I blame EGM. For once, Team Andromeda was right about something, truly excellent game, holds up very well.
Only criticism is that I would have liked to have seen the different areas of the game connected instead of having to go out into an overworld map.

Really makes me want to sit down and play through Sonic CD.
I have the impression that it never would have been my kind of game. I'll always take fast paced action over slower exploratory types.
I thought their recent rundown of the differences between FarCry 2 and 4 was pretty enlightening. It's fun to see how tech has changed (not always improved) in the past 10 yrs.

I use maps from this site for Time Travel locations: http://soniczone0.com/games/soniccd/stagesandstory/
Under each Zone there are maps for all the time periods on the right-hand side. I figured most of these out myself through countless playthroughs, but in some stages the maps helped a lot.
