Congratulations. All 3 of them are great fun.
Are they complete in box? If they are that's a huge score, even if they're not you still got a good deal.
I found a loose Raiden Trad recently at a thrift store for $7. The label is damaged, but I couldn't turn it down. By the way, there's two different covers for Raiden Trad. The most common is the same artwork as the cartridge and manual. The updated (and quite uncommon) version shows a frontal view of the ship. The newer printing also originally came with a letter from the developer explaining why the cover art change was made.
Only Mystic Defender was CIB. The other two were loose carts. Honestly, I kind of prefer loose carts because storage space is at a premium at our house. The cases are fun to have but take up significantly more space.
I'm not sure which version of Raiden I got though. I didn't know there were multiple versions so I didn't really pay much attention. I'll have to look.
EDIT - Oh, I see what you mean. You're saying there were two different versions of the box, not the cartridge. I didn't get the box but that is interesting nonetheless.
SR3 has a label that is coming up on the top of the cart and no manual/box so it was a lot cheaper than I have seen the game in the past. The store had a bunch of other great games but, well, budget and all (not to mention a 7 month old baby) so, I'll have to go back another time.
