No, it actually won't be an RPG. We should really write "next RPG" instead of "next game".

GreatThat's just really good news. I mean, as if Dreamcast and Neo Geo aren't already shooters only, I don't wanna see Genesis become the RPG system =p
BTW I have seen the future and SFTs next release will be an RPG for the millionth time. A bland one at that :P It may sound like I hate RPGs, but man am I itching to see something else on Genesis! I've even recently been messing around with BasiEgaXorz trying to make my own thing just to see if I can.
Still looking forward to Pier Solar though![]()
I'm Pro A'can
I must have missed the shop at the beginning of the trench, not that I really need any items. Of course with Pier Solar as it is, save anywhere would make it easy. But that's why the game would have to be developed with that in mind. Phantasy Star 1 was definitely not too easy and it was my first RPG EVAR. But even I knew to make use of multiple save slots "just in case". Next RPG it might be a good idea to be able to save to any slot whenever the game is allowed to be saved. Of course the slot you load would be the default slot.
Not sure what other strategy I could use. I blast the king guy (guy in armor, I assume he is a king because he looks like one) with MEGA POWER or whatever it is. Takes off tons of HP. He crouches which I assume means he is at about 1/3 HP or maybe 1/2. He keeps attacking with crazy attacks and I spend more time healing and I lose my gather. I can't keep full gather more than one round and the chili gives random gather.

I'm still stuck at the beginning of the game. I can't find that key to the pillar in the sanctuary of Mohu's village.
Joe, some objects can protect you from magic attacks. Another hint: they're diamond shaped and are quite plentiful in the game.
At one point you will press a switch and see two platforms move into place. One of them comes almost directly to you, but the other one... maybe follow it? Almost everyone gets stuck there for a bit.
Barman, I forgot about those. I have a few of the rainbow ones.
I know the platform your talking about, but I can't find it. I'll try looking again more closely this time.
Use the Fire/Rainbow Gems to protect yourself from his spells (especially on Kruller since he isn't fire element (=half damage) like Edessot). Also, he will run out of MP pretty soon, so if you just heal yourself and stay alive until then, it will be a piece of cake to kill him after that.

Sounds about right, though when I fought Ironhart I'll say that he had a ton of turns left where he could cast Supernova (he did it up until the fight concluded). Fire and Rainbow Gems do work wonders though. Also, I had Kruller take a defensive role in the fight, alternating using Heavenly Blow on himself and Edessot to keep everyone in good shape. Edessot used fireball and standard attacks (Ironhart doesn't seem to have especially high defense), which honestly worked just fine.
Just keep Kruller in a healing role and use your gems, you'll come out fine.
Question: I have a bunch of keys in my inventory that I've had since the Goaman Sanctuary, it's the ones that activated the platforms to move. Will I ever need these keys again or is it safe to get rid of them and free up inventory space?
