    Default Japanese Bundled Posters?

I know here in the States pretty much every clamshell game came with a poster; even third parties like EA threw one, in but when I browse Japanese sites I don't see any outside of actual promotional activities.
Did any Japanese games come with posters?

In general - no. Some games did come with promotional flyers/posters (I remember seeing a 32X one before), but this wasn't common. Some games (most? all?) came with postcards that had questionnaires which you could mail back to the company. I know Bare Knuckle 3 came with a promotional flyer ("Mega Soft Information") as well as a poster with all of the characters' moves on it.

It happened more with MegaCD releases I think.

The Urusei Yatsura game came with a poster, so did Lunar 2. Many strategy games came with poster or maps, some had even odder stuff like the Ranma 1/2 game came with a Telephone card. Lots of MegaCDs came with promo pamphlets like Gryson mentions.

It's amazing the stuff you guys can remember! Good work.
All I remember is my first SMS Phantasy Star not coming with a manual cause I didn't realize it was used. I was crushed... until I got over it.

Well, I've very slowly been working on a JP Mega-CD set and have been cataloging it recently to see what I'm missing still. So, that involves opening up all the games and looking through all the bits and whatnot and putting them into my spreadsheet. My memory isn't normally that good, as my wife would probably attest :P
