If your computer can handle it, in the interest of accuracy I would say Exodus. It is relatively new(2015) so it should play well with Windows 10, it did for me. It is visually sharp and very accurate, is responsive and plays well(if your pc can handle it) and is all around very good. It also has very good debugging(If you need it). The downsides are that it is not being actively developed anymore and that it only plays Genesis games. https://www.exodusemulator.com/ Another good option is BlastEm which is in active development, plays well with Windows 10, looks nice and is accurate just like Exodus. All around very good. It has lower system requirements so if Exodus doesn't work then this should. https://www.retrodev.com/blastem/ Check these links for more info: https://segaretro.org/Comparison_of_...rive_emulators http://emulation.gametechwiki.com/in...esis_emulators
Hope I could help!
