Switch Space War Arena from Ecco creator announced.

Been a while since he released anything new. Not a game for me tho and why only one system? Whatever.

    Life?!...What console is that on?

Jesus last time I heard about him, he tried getting a spiritual sequel to Ecco funded via Kickstarter. I'm guessing that failed? Or was I am getting that all wrong?

That space game doesn't interest me at all, but good for him for getting back into the biz.

Yeah I remember the Ecco reboot, too bad that died.

    This doesn't look interesting.

    In fact, it hasn't died.

Ed's new game was overshadowed by his statement that he still wants to make a new Ecco game lol (at least in the article I first read about it):

It's baffling that Sega will hand off Streets of Rage to a small indie team that until recently has had no relationship with the company, yet they won't give Ecco back to its own god damn creator. He even said he'd fund the game himself if they'd just license the IP to him. It's awesome that he still hasn't given up, though.

That's wrong technically. Lizardcube made the remake of Wonderboy The Dragon's Trap & on ther back of the box SEGA is listed on my PS4 & Switch copies.

The guy also had sued Sega in order to get Ecco back (after his attempt at making an Ecco-like game failed) so that definitely isn't going to help with relationships.

That's what I meant by "until recently". I consider the WB remake relatively recent.
