I understood it as perhaps being an ambiguation, meaning ready for purchase and subsequent shipping come February. I may be wrong mind.
It occurred to me maybe they mean the adapters are shipping from the manufacturer this week.
I just cant understand why the communication from these DIY type companies is always so spotty and inaccurate.
Edit:
So the original tweet made it clear. I still dont understand why they (and so many others) cant communicate clearly to their customers on their actual website.
~ where as their website still says "Shipping in 2019."In addition, Mega Sg cartridge adapters are ready and will be available for purchase + shipping at the end of this week

Sold out already?
I got an email at 1:32 EST, at 2:20 EST it wont allow checkout and says they are sold out. I'm thinking it's a glitch, it'd be surprising if they sold out in less than an hour.
I was just trying to see what they are going to charge for shipping, as the MegaSG shipping was highly bloated.
I want the Game Gear adapter but have absolutely no need for the My Card adapter and dont really want the MarkIII adapter either. Pretty whack that they're going to make us buy all three at $50 + shipping.
Just ordered mine, I'll probably only ever need the GG adapter, so watch this space: I may have one or two to sell on if anyone's interested.
I unfortunately missed them since I was at work. I even asked whether they were going up today on Twitter and got no response. Kinda awful after waiting an entire year for my main motivation for buying an SG (I already have a Model 1 and 2 + HD Retrovision cables). Got me bummed out.

Damnit I blink my eyes for one second and they are sold out already!
I managed to snag the bundle. I only really want the GG one, but the card one is useful, and I might actually buy some SG-1000 games now since I don't have to worry about expensive hardware that can't connect to my HDTV.

I contacted them and they replied the following:
"Hello,
I'm so sorry that you missed the first batch of cartridge adapter set. We will produce more adapters, follow us on social media or newsletter for updates.
Best Regards,
Analogue Support"

If anyone is interested I have posted the two adapters I don't want for sale.
Analogue informed that all Game Gear adapters are faulty and may ruin your system. No joke. They will be replaced within 30 days.
