    The game has been seen by so few people that I'm pretty sure he could track down any leak easily.

    Can't prove anything. Can be leaked on any Chinese forum... there's just a zero chance off proving anything. And nobody can afford a long term court case like that. Just sayin' cuz I've been there.

    From what I can tell, Fonzie would go through the pain to actually "watermark" any version of the rom he has sent, in order to be able to track eventual leaks. The guy is a control freak to the nth degree.

    T devs are sending the ROMs to producer in the first place so he can't watermark their versions, right?

    Not sure if anyone besides Fonzie has the assets to make a fully working build of the game (art, music, engine, so on). Maybe someone with a better knowing can clear this up.

    It remains to know how much this game really exists, sometimes we make projections totally in the dark. Too bad that some things left off course, it was to be the biggest game of the Megadrive.

    That's what's taking so long! He's making sure he can watermark the rom before he actually, y'know, starts working on the rom.

    All you need are a few different ROMs, see which parts are modified and patch them in a hex editor.
    If Fonzie sues I hope his attorney knows to get paid up front -- I'm skeptical that any finished game actually exists, though.

    I doubt a game doesn't exist. But with all I'm reading, I don't doubt he'd, for some reason, hold a finished game and not release it ever.

    I know that you stated earlier that you made payment about a year ago but what was the exact date that you actually make payment for the product?

    Also in terms of the refund, I am curious as to what the PayPal transaction looked like?

    Was it labelled as a "refund" when the monies were returned to you? Or alternatively did the merchant simply return the monies as a transaction? How was the Paypal transaction labelled?
