Wow, mega facepalm about this situation. I guess the best case scenario is that (probably years from now) MW can release an updated version with content removed. This litigious outlook on copyright is the reason I cant walk into a print shop and print a picture of Goku or Chun Li for a personal art project.

Pretty sure SEGA will be taking legal action against Fonzie & WaterMelon Games by the response I got back from SEGA when I emailed them a few days ago.

Why you take the energy you put into your negative comments about others and the beat em' up game they've developed and put it into the beat em' up you're developing.
