STM32 is an ARM chip where the TMS320 on its own is not, though TI has since hybrid chips with the TMS320 integrated as well as ARM in the OMAP line. ST's M4F is similar as is Stellaris / Tiva but less powerful than OMAP.
I use both ST and TI for my projects but mostly TI. It depends upon the peripherals and extra features that you want. Otherwise they have similar parts.

Still no sign of my favourite track from those Wizard Who Says Ni! playthroughs, but it's looking promising as every track from
the two samplers seem to be present thus far, aside from that one.
A little medley/DJ style mix I’ve put together.
A lot of the tracks included I have tweaked so are not totally similar to what you hear in game.
I’ve also included a few little interludes, and layered some samples, drums and fx here and there.
This may not be to everyone’s taste but I’ve included them as I want to make sure there are quite a few differences in case an OST is announced.
Yeah so no modem without buying an add-on to the cart? At least this will increase the tower of power height...
I feel we already had more bonus content from GM303 than what we'll get for the cart.
Also which STM32 ?

It's good to see the release of what was being considered vaporware. But it's still unexcusable all the disrespectful treatment customers have been through. Some people may say it's only a game, and it already is, but what involves money needs professionalism and ethics. Maybe some actions were not done with bad intentions, but it feels no lessons were learned and there weren't any regrets. A game whose cost is relatively high, specially in some countries, is not "only a game" anymore. The anger is mostly justified, and after 8 years of development every game flaw will be merciless pointed.
I almost bought the game in the pre order, but I saved the money for an Everdrive. I feel I made the right choice, not because Paprium is a bad game, but because I see more value in an Everdrive.
The game seems to be very fun to play, the sprites are big and the sound is good. But one thing that I don't like is the heavy usage of purple and green colors on most stages I saw in the videos. I wish they used different color sets between stages.
Believe it or not, it's possible to have an opinion from watching videos or reading information, even if you didn't buy the game.
That "you didn't buy it, you can't have an opinion" argument is bullshit. If you want to defend Paprium, use actual arguments instead of trying to silence people or deny their opinion.
Well, I actually praised most aspects of the game. And I may be comparing two different things here, but the real advantage of the Everdrive choice was to have something real for my hard earned money, instead of being worried for years with the absolute lack of (good) news and statuses. I feel relieved for the people who will receive what they paid for, but it was very unlikely and scary.
That was just a simple opinion, and a positive one regarding the game itself. The bad one is a single aspect of the game which many may discord, even the ones who criticize the whole situation.
