It briefly pops up every now and then in-between stages. I wonder if it literally means there's a heat problem, or if it's just waiting for the VDP to clear up some internal state or something.

I think it's a joke to boast that it's pushing the VDP to its limits.

Two emails now gone unanswered to Fonzie about my order that still shows "shipping" with no tracking number. I guess I'm one of the unlucky ones that gets nothing.

Well again caution is needed as most of the pins generate up to about +5 on them when the system is turned on and average around +2.5v when the game is running with again the second to last pin being a +12v. If I had any pf value caps on hand I'm happy to try this again as the model 1 units I have do not appear to have this cap in them, or at least not in that spot if they do. I'm sure I can find a 100pf or close value cap from another parts port I got laying around. Will take a look this evening when I can and see.

I'm well aware, I wouldn't risk my VA3. Upon more searching, I found that some of them have a pull-down resistor attached
to that pin instead:

This resistor ensures that the pin is pulled down when it is not in use, and prevents floating input, guaranteeing
either a 0 or 1. I'm not sure if a capacitor would perform the same operation, though.

This could be it but what was said last night about people with sticks makes me think Fonzie waited till he shipped most of the orders in Europe that had a stick attached before sending the rest down here most likely due to so few of them made but maybe i am wrong on that hypothesis.

That would be uncool. Honestly, if the stick is the hold up I'm fine with the games being sent out and hit me back up in 6 months with the stick. Hard to watch all of these people enjoying, especially the ones that weren't original investors, when I went 7 years waiting.

Does anyone know where you update your shipping address on the MGF website? I pre-ordered Paprium back in 2012. I got the gems converted for the Investor's USA edition but can't do anything else. Help?

You will get your game. Holidays shipping from US are taking their time, everything should resume after after new years. FYI I haven't received my shipped packages from the US yet either. Just a matter of time I'm sure.

Uh oh. There was no checkout step to confirm my address. After I selected the Investor USA edition, that was it. It said something like, "Make sure this is correct before you select." I've got a bad feeling about this. 3 more children, over 8 years later, and still no Paprium.
