I was affraid of this, they should have just released it on dreamcast
Whaddya know, from the looks of things they haven't completely jacked this up. By the Sega of today's standards, this is a phenomenal achievement.
This is pretty old news. The graphics are only moderately enhanced. I'll always remember Nights as the game where Yuji Naka started making shitty products. What came after this? Burning Rangers? Billy Hatcher? I guess Sonic Adventure 1 was alright.
You're counting NiGHTS as shitty?
Yeah, pretty much. An amazing experience it sure wasn't.
Hooray! The best-selling console of the previous generation now has one of the (few and far-between) critically-acclaimed titles for the Saturn, ensuring more people can play this 'cult hit'! Surely nobody could have a problem with this...

Japan Only so far,
and it's just a remake.
(which I guess is better than a butchered sequel).
Only JP version?? has anyone tried the one on the Wii??? is it any good
The PS2 version is the original NiGHTS into Dreams... game from 1996, ported to the PS2 with optional pretty graphics. The Wii version is the sequel - it's similar to the original, only with a story that's given to you in unskippable cutscenes rather than in the instruction book.Originally Posted by FoxHound
I'm sure Youtube has a few gameplay videos, but when you're playing it, it's really a love-it-or-hate-it game.
