Been playing a lot of Diablo 2 recently. I'm in the second part right now, the desert, and it's getting kind of boring. Also I don't really like playing an action game like this with mouse clicks. If it's going to be action based then would rather have some kind of direct control.

@sheath: That is awesome. I've never noticed that before. Also when you add the number in the ones place with the one in the tens place it always equals nine.

You! Keeping your secrets from me! Just like my wife, she did this hand thing that showed it all too and it's obviously magic.

Is there any video capture cards out there that do a good job with RGB?
Perhaps the card is defective.. Can you also record composite or S video with it? try those and see if they also are glitchy.

It was weird, and made me feel dumb. Supposedly its the same thing as the picture above, but freaky. She teaches kids with autism. Apparently I don't have that.

Nah, it's a cheap thing. It works well with everything else, just not the MD. I'm gonna just record with Kega from now on, not worth the hassle.

Does anyone else feel a general disdain for the N64? I don't know what it is about that system, but I don't understand it's appeal at all.

    And I'm a Nintendo guy!!

I think my distaste for the system is linked to my prejudice against the generation of gamers it has weened. The N64 seems to be the watershed moment in video gaming where my generation was usurped by the next. And that generation sucks.

The goddam N64 will never be the NES, so stop talking about it like it already is!

    Punks.

My main problem with the n64 is the controllers analog sticks. Is there a decent replacement available for them? I'd play my n64 way more if there was...

Never liked it that much myself. When someone says "N64" it gives me that same sort of toxic waste feeling I get when hearing other names from that period like Pogs, Spice Girls and the Phantom Menace. That being said there are few neat games on it.

I completely agree with this. The NES and SNES are still legendary, but the N64 feels extremely dated to me, oddly enough. I think it might have to do with primitive, blocky 3D polygonal graphics versus smooth, crisp 2D sprites which still look fantastic today.
