I like sunteam paul. It's nice to watch a playthrough without someone needing to be angry or retarded.

It makes me mad. Why did Sega actually create a few good games for their catastrophe add-on? I guess I gotta add a 32X to the bottom of the grocery list:

The alien newborn baby from Alien Resurrection is one of the worst characters in movie history. Totally worthless and stupid. That being said I do like some things about the movie like Ron Pearlman, the wheelchair guy, and the guy with dreadlocks. Thats it though.

Alien3 had sucky characters because they were all bald dudes and they only existed to get killed off one by one. Its like a slasher movie where the alien is always in the right place at the right time to kill someone. Stupid Stupid stupid.

That and how they killed off Newt and Hicks from the previous movie. That alone makes Alien 3 suck major ass.

Somewhere there is a dimension where they didn't get Alien 3, but they got "Aliens II" instead.

Someday I shall visit that amazing dimension!

In that movie Hicks made it back alive, and got to star in 2 more sequels with a cloned Hudson.

The movie is too goofy for the franchise. Making Ripley part alien thematically is an interesting concept, but it was handled poorly.

I could never take the movie seriously because they fucked things up before the opening credits ended. There is no logical way that the queen laid eggs on the ship, none. There was no time for her to do it. Even if she did, I think they only show two eggs, which doesn't explain how *three* facehuggers are present.

My other complaint is that the movie takes place in a prison. Why do I care if a bunch of life sentence prisoners get killed?

And I'm glad to see that some European members hated the movie, because one of the "its not as bad as people say it is" excuses I always heard was that it was more popular in Europe. If I go by that iffy reasoning, then Europeans enjoy their movies with atmosphere and are dismissive of Valles Marineris sized plotholes.

My assessment of the perfect 3&4?

Alien 3 - Somehow the company managed to get some of these creatures on Earth. Fight to wipe them off Earth.
Alien 4 - Final story, takes place on the Alien homeworld. Aliens are dealt with once and for all, and we finally learn about the Space Jockey, his species. Possibly (very big one at that) of a Predator cameo, at the very least an acknowledgement of their existence.

Its good they included Donkey Kong. Newer gamers should be aware of where it all started for these companies:

At that point Orson Scott Card might sue for copyright infringement.

That's how I always pictured it myself, originally they had a script for Alien 3 where it was about Hicks/Ripley/Newt/Bishop making
it back alive, and then the story was mostly about Hicks discovering that the company had somehow obtained Xenomorph eggs, and
you had Hicks encountering a rebuild Bishop, and then something about that entire space station going to hell, including a scene
where Ripley is shot out of the burning station in a life pod.

I don't remember all that much of it (read it like 10 years ago) but it seemed more interesting then the shit Alien 3 we got.

And I think most of the people consider Alien 3 the downfall of the series, you can't go back to a single hero after the all out war
that was Aliens. That's why I always liked Aliens Colonial Marines on Nintendo DS, it was much more Aliens II then Alien 3.
