We're slowly learning Spanish. You live in Texas AKA north mexico, so you should already know it.

I grew up in San Antonio and studied Spanish in Highschool. I must have some kind of mental block though, as I ended up switching to Japanese and got As instead of Cs.

Apocalypse - Means to reveal and is a literary genre, this is why the so called "book of Revelation (singular)" is called that. The genre Apocalypse is about future things and heavenly/otherworldly things happening at the same time that impact the past, present and future. It is an awesome genre.

Stop, just stop, following hollywood writers along with their misuse and burping out "apocalypse" whenever you think of the end of the world as you know it.

Sans - If you aren't French, use 'Without' or 'Except" and stop trying to look smarter than you are.

Ulterior (as in ulterior motive) - If you cannot say it correctly or spell it don't use it.

OMG - Acronyms with the same number of syllables as the actual words should only exist in text (and are still more confusing than parenthetical statements).
Those are good ones. The apocalypse one has bugged for awhile as well. I'm to tired to think right now for more German

Über- Hearing it to much. Doesn't annoy quite as much as the others but enough

Wunderkind- People like to say this just because the think it sounds more cultured.

    App- No need to explain

Solutions- One of many vague but important sounding nouns used in marketing.

    Facility- See above

    Product-See above

Outside the box- Yeah its not just a word but a saying. Could their possibly be a more ironic . This use of this phrase in seriousness proves that the user is full of shit.

That's cool! Lucky you. I don't think my high school offered Japanese. If they did I would've switched like you did. I was deprived as a child.

Oh well! I'd like to study Japanese in college though. If I still lived near Seattle, then the language would be marketable for jobs too.

The only thing offered was Spanish and French.

But the thing with Canadian schools, is you gotta learn French for at least one grade, not optional.

Still trying to figure out how I can delete that French knowledge from RAM, and replace it with something more useful.

It's understandable that Canada makes French a requirement, but I can see why you wouldn't use it as much in British Columbia. I certainly didn't need any French in Vancouver.

That RAM comment was funny. I wish it worked that way.

Well I assume your brain works in a similar way that RAM does. You probably got like 512 GBs in there.

So yeah, just got off the phone to my 12 year old nephew whom I've never met or spoken to before. Damn I feel old now, just feel like where the fuck has all that time gone. Life sucks.

Shut the hell up, Jackal. At least you're still in your twenties.

At this rate, I might just beat Old Man to 35.
