Default old man tries to lure sheath back to the forums

It's a shame sheath isn't here. I could explain why the German longsword is superior to the Japanese katana.

@old man: As a german who studied medieval history but also practices Japanese Swordfighting (Iai-Jiutsu) and actually did a few workshops where German longsword and Japanese Katana fought against one another, I would really love discussing that topic with you! So, Bring it!

In that video, the two guys would probably sooner have a Katana buried in their stomach before they got to swing that longsword down
The funny thing about an oxymoron is, even if you remove the ox, there'll always be a moron. The Question Remains: Y?

Dug out the ol' 16mm and fired it up.

Didn't put it on the brightest setting because I want to preserve that lamp as long as I can.

No, it's unbiased analysis. The only fanboyism is people who claim that Hyperstone Heist and Bloodlines are actually as good as their SNES counterparts.

This was a weird week for me. First exam and a lot of class cancellations. The highlight was getting hit in the face with a shelf.

lol. Opens mouth - inserts foot. To be honest I don't know much about swords or sword fighting, but I do think German longsword fencing is awesome and would love the chance to learn it. That's probably not going to happen given my rural, southern US location.

And those guys in the video were just practicing, darn it.
