    I'm Dutch and I've never seen a PCE/TGFX in the wild, hell I don't even see them on ebay unless I search worldwide.
    (and even then there's not many)

    I would love to have one, but they seem so rare. (and thus expensive)

    Here in the US what few TG16s I've seen in shops were beat up or had AV issues. To get into this system one must spring for a DUO/R.

    Should and of have no meaning when set next to each other. It is a grammatical error created by how the abbreviated should have, or should've, sounds.
