You're missing out on seafood. I can't live without a bowl of prawns/pink shrimps every now and then, esp with some prawn/marie rose sauce to go with it. Yum.

Keeps me in relatively good shape and health. Haven't been to a party in years. Didn't know partying was all about eggs and soda? I prefer IPAs myself.

But eggs have high-density lipoprotein colesteral (HDL) cholesterol. There's a difference. HDL is good cholesterol and good for your heart, while LDL is bad and bad for your heart. So eggs are good for you. The bad rap eggs got before was a mistake. Also, so many great things are made out of eggs. It's practically impossible to avoid.

Just make sure to buy the free range gmo free eggs over the typical disgusting sweat shop caged bird eggs of today (free range free of anti-biotic/hormones are BS too, as I didn't notice a difference with them either).

I drink a LOT of tea. Like, a lot. Around five mugs a day minimum.

They're disgusting. Period. I don't eat what I don't like. No such thing as good cholesterol. Sweets like cookies and cakes get ignored as well. It's why this country is so full of fat fucks and diabeetus. Believing and eating all the garbage they say is good for you.

I'll say so on the sweets contributing greatly everyone being so overweight and unhealthy. Yet still just about everything has sugar in it. Even bacon. No wonder everyone is OD'ing on sugar these days. Heck, companies even know sugar makes you eat more, why they keep increasing the amount of sugar in products. Consume. Obey. Toxic sewer sludge is good for you. Organic food is not.

You need to learn a little more about farms if you're going to be holier than thou about what you put in your body. Free range doesn't mean dick. It just means the chickens are free to leave their cages to go hang out in high density lots, crammed in with thousands of other chickens. What you want is 'pastured' eggs, where chickens are actually allowed outside and free to walk around without running into another bird every half step.

Also, while HDLs are good for you, LDLs are not necessarily bad. You need LDL to live, it's elevated levels that are bad for you, especially in conjunction with low HDL levels.

Yeah, I know what free range chicken means. That's why I made 3 brand distinctions (regular caged; free range and free of antibiotic/hormones; free range and gmo free). And I've seen the nastiness of caged birds up close and personal, so the thought of where those eggs come from have always shocked and grossed me. It's much worse then in looks in pictures. But hey, that's today's food and agriculture for you today in a nutshell. Not pretty.

I recall reading most Canadians not approving of inhumane caged battery chicken conditions, yet they don't don't seem to mind supporting it with their cash.

And relax, eggs have LDLs too. It's just not known to raise LDL levels. Though most research on eggs are done by the egg companies themselves, I believe, so something else to keep in mind since naturally they would promote more then not. But the nutritional value of eggs seem high and many, and it don't ever feel like it clogs me up or bogs me down. I actually feel great after eating eggs, but still not something light enough on their own to eat before the gym for me personally. Unless it's just some of it used to contribute in making something like Romanian pancakes (clatite), which seem fine enough with the usual wait in between before heading out to the gym. But my usual breakfast before the gym is this oatmeal sweetened with some honey.

That's news to me that favouring organic food = hipster. But whatever, beats eating crops grown in toxic sewer sludge.
