I can see that for those who started 3D gaming during the 5th gen. I actually just noticed that with a bunch of N64 games I just purchased. Conversely, many 6th gen titles gave the option to invert both axes, and in some was mandatory. I started 3D gaming later during the 6th gen, since I didn't have the means and had to skip the 5th gen altogether. I suppose I may have drawn my form that way. Maybe not. I tell you what though, they should provide the option for axis inversion in every game. Newer games that only do Y are utterly lazy. It costs them nothing.

Just realized the lead character in Star Wars Battlefront II is female only. Strange from a BioWare game where they usually let you choose between male and female.

Me thinks Kathleen Kennedy has gone mad with power. So far every Star Wars under her reigns has had a female lead. Wouldn't be surprised if Han Solo gets turned into a pussy for his standalone movie.

Is that image on the right a Madame Tussauds wax figure?

The wife and I took the kids out to dinner tonight, and throughout the meal, it became increasingly obvious that my youngest son (nearly four years old) was totally infatuated with our waitress. His eyes never left her as she moved about the restaurant, and when she brought us our check, he touched her arm and said "You're pretty!!!"

She was so touched by this that she gave him a big hug and then a balloon.

In the car on the way home, happily clutching his balloon, he mused, "Maybe if I said 'I love you,' I could have two balloons!"

I think he's about ready for high school.

Young kids are known to be brutally honest, as they haven't learned how to protect someone's feelings, thus, their praise tend to be as honest as one could imagine.

Nah, it's just a title screen transition.

That's cool. Those portable console mods are pretty interesting.
