It's only rumor but seemingly Nintendo has paid for Ridge Racer 8 for Switch. It's been going around a couple months. I have not played an RR game since early last gen.

They keep pushing shitty useless features (Microsoft People? WTF is this shit?) and are removing legacy ones. I've blocked all updates on my rig and haven't had a single update in over two months.

That may be part of the problem, but the main reason people block Windows 10 updates(using 3rd party programs) is they constantly restart your computer without your consent to install the updates. You could be working on a essay, and you take a break to make some roasted veggies with sriracha sauce, and once you come back your computer restarted to install updates.


Actually the computer I'm currently using is Windows 7. I won't let this one go to the dark side. But my laptop has Windows 10 so thats how I know of the stress and frustration associated with Windows 10 updates.


Jackal with my laptop I actually went 3-4 months without updates, without using 3rd party blocking tools. But then one day I started it up and found out they re-enabled updates because they didn't like what I was doing.
