Props EyeDee. I know that was probably when the PS2 Slims were actually worth something, not the $20 they are worth nowadays.

Anyways, its time for some real talk. Does anyone else feel its impossible to play games when its mid-summer and burning hot? Just feels like its not the right time and conditions.

You know we invented fans before we invented video games, right?

My game systems are set up in the basement - it is always cool there. And if my systems were upstairs it would still be ok - we have a huge ass swamp cooler in the great room with overhead fans in most of the rooms. Even on the hottest of days it is quite comfortable. We have central ac but never use it.

That story about the McDonald's/Monopoly scam in the US was a very interesting read, EyeDee. Thanks for posting it.

I heard this word again recently and I just need to comment on it. It is the most hilariously British word I know of. The first time I heard it was back in the mid 90s in one of the Red Dwarf novels, and I’ve always been perplexed by it. I initially thought it was synonymous with “whine,” but I now think it’s more like “grumbling” or “belly-aching.”

The New World Government is run by gray aliens fighting lizard people, while both are fighting to make humanity their powerful slaves. Also the Earth neither flat or elliptical, the earth is actually a upside down elliptical 6 DOF Hyperspace battle outpost. Its true, I hear the voices in my head, they council me and understand.

    This video explains everything:
TRUST BUT VERIFY IS ALWAYS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

I mean because of mental reasons. Staying inside doing unproductive activities while its perfect weather for outdoor activities like swimming, hiking and camping.

Who here has the time and effort to make Thief a starter pack? It has to be done and I don't feel I could remember all his attributes.

Grandmaster Sexay of WWE Too Cool form the WWE AE era killed himself. Also known as the real life son of Jerry the King Lawler.

Man I loved Tool Cool in the AE. They had the best theme song that while not even remotely similar, captured the 90s culture in a way that Jet Set OST did that I love.

    Life?!...What console is that on?

And don't forget that Nikolai Volkoff died as well.
Man at this rate Hogan is going to be the only remaining member of Hogan's Rock & Wrestling.

I won an all expense paid cruise on Disney's Big Red Boat back in '95 or '96. At the time it was valued over $5k.

Yeah summer of 2005. I ended up giving to a friend that lost his in a flooded basement just weeks before I received it ... I never even took it out of the box.

Well that trumps my win by a lot but would rather them put the $5k in hand.

I still wish Mortis had a match with Kane in the AE. Not talking about Kronik.

They should have just brought him back as Mortis instead of as Kanyon, damn 2018 WWE and their preference for bland as fuck wrestlers.

I miss the good ol' days, before everybody just donned black/red trunks and grew some shaggy hair and called it a day.
