I remember I (my dad, actually) had some Spanish PC mags from the mid-90's (1996-1997. One of them had the Duke Nukem 3D demo. Jawusum), and there was a store's advertisement (actually, a catalogue of the software they sold) and there was PLENTY of stuff like that. I think some of them were PC versions of the Vivid "games" for the 3DO

Meh - Young Einstein might border on the intolerably ridiculous at times, but it's not the worst thing ever - it just happens to be for the best that Mr Serious only made a couple more films and then went away quietly, that's all.![]()
I remember getting the demo episode of Duke 3D and coming home from High School and playing it constantly.
Bought Duke3D that summer, I got the initial release with the mousepad. I used it for years before I saw it was wearing out and switched to a plain gray mousepad.
And Yahoo Serious is possibly the worst thing to come from Australia...worse than the flying, man-eating, koala horde.
Tom Servo: Joel, what chance do we have in a world that keeps presenting us with vivid images of hell?
Joel: Well, there's personal liberty, strength of conviction, those have been known to work. And then there's the time the country rallies together to beat back hell, like the time we as a nation said no to Yahoo Serious.
Crow T. Robot: I remember that. All of us together, drawn inexplicably to the slobbering mouth of hell, and then suddenly, somehow, by some unknown force, rescued in the nick of time, like Moses and the Israelites.
The funny thing about an oxymoron is, even if you remove the ox, there'll always be a moron. The Question Remains: Y?

You mean that in that demo you could play the WHOLE L.A. Meltdown episode? Or was it just the first level, Hollywood Holocaust? Because in the demo I had you could only play Hollywood Holocaust. Unfortunately, that's all I ever got to play of the game, because I finally played the full game last year (although I think I might have played some of the PS1 version several years earlier). I remember that an old friend of mine (that loved the Duke Nukem games, although from DN3D 'till Land of the Babes. He never played the classic games) had the DN3D Atomic Edition (it was actually from his dad)
