    I was bored at work today looking at Gameboy mods, and I stumbled upon how to fix the vertical line issue that has always plagued my original brick system. As a kid I couldn't afford a good system, so I bought a messed up one. Anyway, the fix is so ridiculously simple, just apply heat to a ribbon cable, and now almost 20 years later it works perfectly!

    And yes, I'm still at work, I went home on my lunchbreak to grab the Gameboy, triwing screwdriver and soldering iron
