    Yuck

What the hell did they do to it? One of the UK's best dramas turned into...whatever that was!

No, not all the way through, but I've got a few clips of as well as a small documentary that was thrown on as an extra on one of Series DVD volumes. Can't remember what it was like, I do know they had the same Kryten in it; but other than that, it's a blank.

Today was a great day. It was warm and sunny, and I spent an hour outside. It's supposed to be even warmer tomorrow, so I can't wait!

I don't even remember where I saw it. YouTube, probably. But Holly was played by that chick from Frasier, Lister was some big white guy with a beard, Rimmer was this short little man, and the Cat was... I think he was some famous black guy. Another singer/dancer, I reckon.

There was one good joke, though. They had Kryten on the ship at the very beginning of the series, and when he meets Lister and finds out where he's from, he goes "I knew a guy from Earth! Do you know David Smith?"

    I chuckled at that one.

I can't stand people that can't give credit where credit is due. That is all.

I just watched some of it, found it on Google Video - the humour seems forced, every line is followed by canned laughter, really dumbed down stuff. 3 mins is all I've seen and I'm already cringing at it.

I'll watch it all later - maybe it's not as bad as I think it will be.

Stupid American remakes. I wish they would leave well enough alone. I can't think of any I prefer over the original.

I'm not a HUGE fan of British television, I really think most of it is really god-awful cheap humor.
On that note, however, I enjoy the following:

Red Dwarf (I really can't stand anything after the 6th season though, I did not like the whole space station prison thing and whatnot...the 5th season is my absolute favorite).
Father Ted...I can't explain my love for this show, but damnit I f-in LOVE this show
Top Gear, this is my favorite show on Television, period....and just the idea of the shitty American version pisses me off, I am a huge fan of this show it RULES.
Fawlty Towers: I will never get sick of this.

Thats about all the British comedy I can stand to be honest.

I have to admit a fondness for Rick Mayall but it can be hit and miss

I love British comedies, but I've never found a British drama or anything else that I liked.
