Christ Almighty! I've decided to go whole-hog and collect the entire Game Boy library (original DMG). I thought I was doing pretty good, but I tallied up how many games I have left to go (mostly the ULTRA R@RE ones and the garbage ones) and I'm not even halfway there!

I think the only economical way for me to do this is to hit up resellers at flea markets and try to get multiple-purchase discounts.

Unless your area is exceptionally rich in GB games... don't do it! I've been trying to do this with for Game Gear (just the PAL set and not even CIB) and it could drive you insane. I only had 40-something to get in December, and now I need two - but, ugh. It's not much fun trying to collect.

I just can't play a real gameboy anymore. I have my original brick, plus a recently purchased silver pocket. The screen is just too blurry now - my eyesight isn't what it used to be, and i can't really see a thing. It's a little better on the pocket, but not by much.

I mainly play via Super Gameboy today, or, if it's a color cart, then the Gameboy Player. I picked up a Hori super gameboy controller the other day to help complete the illusion that I'm playing with a real gameboy. I actually like a lot of the gameboy's library - both OG and color.
