Doom 3: Limited Edition includes Doom 1, Doom 2 and Doom:Master Levels, or you could get the Doom 3:Resurrection of Evil, which is a semi-sequel to Doom 3 which also includes Doom 1 & 2.

Personally, I'd mod the Xbox, download Odamex, buy a cheap PC compilation online, extract the wads and play them via Odamex with customisable controls, USB keyboard+mouse support and online play.
