Seriously. Because I kind of want more portable MK, and I liked the Gameboy version of MKII. Anyone can help me here?

MKII for the Nomad is your best option.
2 thing friends have told me about the game
1.) do not play the game on the GBA the way buttons are set up on the GBA make the game hard to play and uncomfortable
2.) do not play the game on the GBA unless you have the sound off the game sound awful with the GBA sound chip

In short: fucking TERRIBLE. None, I repeat, NONE of the MK handheld games are worth playing, upto and including Mortal Kombat Advance. MK: Deadly Alliance and MK: Tournament Edition for GBA are pretty good, though, and Ultimate Mortal Kombat for the DS is a pretty faithful port. If you absolutely have to play a Mortal Kombat game pre-GBA, try one of the Game Gear ones, or play via Nomad as recommended above.
Thanks. I note the quality of MK4 is actually a step down from MKII on GB.
