What ever happened to the old Disney shorts. I miss seeing Donald duck spraying everyone and thing with a machine gun.

They got released on those Disney Tins. There are three volumes of Donald and there is a "Disney at War" that shows some of the WW2 cartoons.

We all know Goofy was funnier.

The thing I never liked about Cartoon Network's chioces in Looney Tunes were:

    1.) they banned Speedy Gonzalas
2.) way too much Bugs Bunny
3.) played way too many of the older cartoons
4.) only played 1/4 of the Bugs Bunny cartoons
5.) the 1/4 they played were all the below-average mediocre Bugs Bunny cartoons (does anyone really think Witch Hazel is even remotely funny?)
6.) not enough cartoons with RoadRunner and Tweety were shown

my list could go on and on about everything Cartoon Network did wrong. It wasn't till June Bugs '02 when they finally played the other 3/4 of the Bugs Bunny cartoons, and for once in a long long time I actually got to see all the funny slapstick comedy that MADE Bugs Bunny, that Cartoon Network never played for some really stupid reason. Then in September of '02 Cartoon Network ended their banning of Speedy Gonzalas cartoons and started playing them again. After a long long time of being unfunny, Looney Tunes was finally the funny show it is supposed to be, but then a few months later CN stopped airing Looney Tunes. Why did they stop? They finally put all the good cartoons on the air and then they stopped?

I'd like to think Goofy driving a tank would be just as funny, if not more.

This is why I buy those Looney Toons/ Disney Tins, so I can skip that "product of their time" speech and see the good stuff.

Sadly, those Looney Toons collection have been pretty stingy with both Speedy and Foghorn Leghorn.

I failed my math GCSE exam twice.

Don't want to make a thread about this but can someone put up a picture of a MD1 with MCD2 and 32X (Or a master system converter, preferably 2 pics of both). I'll be honest i've never seen that combination and am deciding what model of mega cd to buy. Thanks.

I remember when Nickelodeon aired Looney Tunes in the 90's, and had lots of Speedy Gonzales and Road Runner cartoons.

MD1 with MCD2 looks a bit ugly but not as ugly as MD2 with MCD1...

I remember seeing a cartoon in the early 90's that must have been the first appearance of Speedy, or at least something that became Speedy.

Mexican mouse in full stereotype mode, gold tooth, the whole bit. I have never seen it since.

When I was little, I remember a Speedy Gonzalas cartoon where Sylvester was taking a shower and Speedy Gonzalas put two electrical wires into his bathtub and Sylvester got electricuted. That was a really funny cartoon that I miss, that I haven't seen since it was on Nickelodeon.

I saw a 90's Bugs/Daffy/Fudd cartoon where Fudd was chasing Bugs into a theater where Daffy was and they started doing the "Rabbit Season/Duck Season" and after a few line of that Daffy says something like "Oh no. We've done this before, and I'm not doing it again!" and walks off. Pretty nice 90's cartoon except for all the violence and explosions happened off screen.
