Sold some more stuff to the used game store for more credit. I ended up with $70 in store credit, adding up to $105 with the credit I already had. I grabbed

Shadow Dancer (CIB) - $15
Rambo III (CIB) - $5

at their first location. Then I hit up store number two (actually I think it's the original store, but w/e). There I picked up

Ghouls 'N Ghosts (CIB) - $15
The Jungle Book (CIB) - $5
Pandemonium (Saturn game) (CIB) - $5

and I was pretty happy with my purchases. I decided to hit up the video game table at the swap meet before I went home. I purchased

Dynamite Headdy (cart only)
Tiny Toons Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure (cart only)
Landstalker (cart only)
Comix Zone (box and bonus CD only, no game or manual)
The Lion King (CIB) (already have this one, I just picked it up for the case since Rambo III's was beat to shit)

for a grand total of $20. I think I did fairly well today.

Also, I purchased a rotating audio cassette tape caddy (?) thing at Salvation ARmy for 5 bucks yesterday. Each of the four sides side holds 8 cassettes w/ cases (or in my case, Genesis cartridges), and naturally it spins around for easy access. It's pretty cool.

Outbreak was on sale, so I got all three for $11.69.

Borders had a 40% deal when you bought 2 box sets, so I got these both for only $30!




... and this for the little ones. Walmart had it for $20 with a Jiminy Cricket plush.

I decided to check out a couple more places today. Game Crazy was kind of a bust, but I still picked up a few carts (they were loose, but priced at a quarter each I wasn't really concerned).

Not anything I was really interested in, but the grand total was $1.08 so I thought, "what the hell."

While in the area I decided to check the used game store I used to frequent. Their Genesis collection had grown considerably since the last time I went there. It looks like I'm gonna have to make a return trip. Anyway, I got a couple games there, too.

Anyway, not a bad trip out. The second place saved it, at any rate.

Hmm, just got the MD, and it didnt have the HD logo. Didnt have the EXT port on the back either. Im gonna talk with the seller, cause on the picture on the auction you see clearly that it's and HD console.

Is there really a big difference between the HD and the non HD? There are good non HD models right? Can I see if they're any good by the chips or so? Do you want pics of the MB?

Check the revision thread, maaaaaaan.

If you have Rev 2 and not Rev 3 I'd say you had a "good" system.

Check to see if you have TMSS, or if your MB looks like the Rev 3 pic there.
