My new game room is virtually finished! We added another room to the house for my games so that our youngest daughter could have her own room. It was a sacrifice I was willing to make.
Here are some crappy cell phone pics of it so far:
1. Shot taken from the doorway.
2. Shot from the other side of the room.
3. Shot of the other wall of bookcase with 360, PS2, and Sega CD games.
4. Genesis, 32X, and Saturn games.
5. Old school goodness!

I think I have that exact same Sharp TV!
The smell of scorched oil hangs in the air as a premonition of danger, while the engine gloriously shouts its war cry...
Throughout history, suspicion has always bred conflict. The real conflict, though, resides in people's hearts. This conflict has just begun.

Where the eff did you get that MUSHA poster thingy?
Nice collection. Do you play all your retro games on that screen?
That Jet Grind Radio poster is amazing.
You just can't handle my jawusumness responces.
Both it and the Gunstar Heroes ones are scans of the box art printed out on a laser printer at poster size. I have ones for Pulseman, Ranger-X, and some SNK ones too.
Unfortunately, yes.I was going to confiscate my mom's 19'' tv for my older systems, but she decided to hook up the digital converter box to it and use it. I plan to find a standard tv eventually. Old games look horrible on an HDTV.
Thanks! It came with the strategy guide, so if you can find that, you should be able to get the poster (unless the person did like me!).
Very nice room, especially the video shelves and the multi-functional couch. You get some extra points for the 70s/80s stereo amp + speakers, and some more for the absense of a subwoofer (I hate those).
A gazillion minus points for the lack of Dreamcast and Wii though =P
Regarding retro gaming on HDTVs: Maybe try one of those RGB-SCART to HDMI converters I stumbled across at ebay: http://www.sega-16.com/forum/showthr...?t=7498&page=4

The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.
Then we set about developing killer games.

I'm actually in the process of re-aquiring a tube TV. My 32" broke a month ago. I don't know which would be cheaper, fixing it or getting a new one (considering they don't make them as they used to, or not at all). If I were you, I'd pass by your nearest flea market or Walmart.
P.S.> I'd love to see some updated, High-res images of this collection of yours. Nice game room overall.
more stuffs i didnt need!
