Ouch! that stuff on the back would make me mad too! Are you sure it's Crystal T Study, might be "Crystal & Stacy", not like it matters anyway, but I hope you can find a way to remove it.

Replace the back shell. Take a shitty game and harvest a clean rear cartridge shell from it. I had to do this a few days ago when a copy of Kirby's Dreamland III looked like it had been raped by a Sharpie. I disassembled the cart, removed the damaged rear shell with a good one from Waynes World. The rear pieces are generic.

Unfortunately, the rest of Waynes World was then thrown in the trash.

I'm just gonna say, its one of those games way over the $100 ranch. but I won't say how much I payed for it till it comes.

Not a deal here. I payed the entire $110 full price. Yeah my wallets a little sore after this.



What pissed me off is I had to clean the pin before the game worked. If I'm spending that much money on a game it better work on the first try. What's worse is the back of the cartridge:



I've tried windex, rubbing alochol, Mr Clean magic eraser, and an electric tooth brush, but nothing really worked. All that stuff did was lighten the black marker. What do you guys use?

No, what's worse is the front of it. The label looks ripped. This really sucks buddy. I'm sorry this happened. I've been at the end of such deals a couple of times myself. I know how it feels. As far as the back, if it can't get off (which might just come off with some Scratch Out or another scratch-removing liquid), you could always trade around the back casing for that of a donor cart. I'd say the front label may have been ripped in one corner, but it's mostly viable. Maybe you could take some time off to blow off some steam, but take your time with this baby and get it back in as good a shape as possible. Good luck.

Anyway, I've had quite a few nice scores this past week. I got the following lots, some on eBay and various forums, and the last one from the flea market:

Lot #1: Crisis Force, Hoshi no Kirby, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out and Nuts & Milk, all for the Famicom - $50
Lot #2: Ice Climber and Mighty Final Fight for the Famicom, Hoshi no Kirby 3 for the Super Famicom and Wario Land for the Game Boy - $66
Lot #3: Atari 2600 Heavy Sixer - $44.43
Lot #4: Breath of Fire III and Chrono Cross - $40 worth in trades

I paid about 70$ two years ago for the game, I thought it was ridiculous then but holy crap man I have no idea how this happened.

I hope you enjoy it man, it's one of my personal favorites.

Today was quiet.

Recieved a Pro Mega Master Adaptor that I ordered from Console Passion.

The Power Base Converter I got through Ebay is really fucking wonky. Lots of freezing and glitching so I ordered a different adaptor. I'm not concerned with playing the cards or the 3D stuff, so its no big loss for me. The Pro Mega Master is just fine.

Got myself a third party Classic Controller.

It's pretty good, although the d-pad's awful. You have to press it REALLY hard for it to work.
