Where the hell do you live SpaceFlea?
In a sense. This was multiple auctions from a single seller. So no, it wasn't a single lot; but yes, it arrived in a single box (which I gleefully dug into with childish excitement).
WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE THE NEXT SET OF GOODIES I HAVE COMING FROM HIM!!!![]()

Be Attitude For Gains!
Not yet, I plan to do that once I get everything up and stable. But I keep buying stuff at such a constant pace that, by the time I take a picture, it will be outdated by about 100 games. After the next big purchase (another 100ish new JP games) I plan to stop buying for the rest of the year (though I made that decision after the previous three massive purchases as well - so we'll see). So hopefully I'll finally be able to take some pictures and/or a video of the game room for everyone to oggle by years end. Perhaps it will be my Christmas present to everyone.![]()

I saw the top of the picture, and kept scrolling, and kept scrolling, and kept scrolling....
Not sure about a new old stock SMS though, I bet people would probably pay a fair bit, at least $150 though considering they look brand new. I've heard of people putting stuff up on eBay at a really high BIN with Make Offer so they get a baseline of what people are willing to pay; I'm not condoning these behaviors but just mentioning it.
The problem is that they are PAL.![]()
I paid about £69 for a New Old Stock TurboGafx-16 a while ago from eBay including 5 Games. I Personally wouldn't pay much over that for a NOS Master System, mainly because in the UK MS stuff goes for peanuts. Now I'm sure people would pay over and above that for one but personally I couldn't justify paying more than that. Of course I'm defiantly not trying to put a downer on your post sf78 as I think the stuff you have is epic! Just saying what I would be prepared to spend.
Thanks for this. It's pretty close to the starting price I had in mind. I really don't know if selling these "make me an offer" style is a wise choice, but I also doubt I'll ever come across another batch of new machines and pricing these are really hard as I don't want to rip people off, but I also need to get a decent price as there's so few left. I'll probably try to sell few locally and the rest here if there's interest. The downside would be the shipping cost outside Scandinavia. I think Germany was still included in that region, but UK was already out.![]()
If one plans to play any of those NOS Master Systems, just convert them over to NTSC. It isn't really that hard.![]()
Oh man, soon I'll have some cool stuff to post here!
I came back from a short trip to London yesterday. Naturally I brought back some nice souvenirs in the form of CDs and books, but the most remarkable thing I picked up has to be this. From Brussels South/Midi station, of all places.
Yeah that's right, a cassette storage rack with sliding trays, perfect for storing loose Mega Drive cartridges, something I've been hoping to find for years, was just lying there in some random CD store in the middle of a bloody train station. And this thing's not even second hand or anything, I mean it is brand new in the original plastic and with the adhesive rubber feet untouched and everything:

And the thing was priced only 3 euro. So yes, of course I had to get it. It's even black with a wooden finish, which fits perfectly with the table that holds my Mega Drive. One of those wonderful unexpected little bonuses in life.

I had the ultimate find at Goodwill today: M.U.S.H.A. for Sega Genesis, complete, for $3.99. Here are some pictures, sorry for the poor quality (my cell phone camera sucks).
I love this cover art.
It even included the registration card!
Not much to say here. It's the back of the box.
Here's my receipt! Goodwill doesn't charge any tax, so I payed exactly $3.99!
The tl;dr version for those who care: This is by far the greatest find I've had since I started collecting video games. My buddy texted me earlier today. He goes to a lot of thrift stores and he knows that I collect Genesis games, so he'll always let me know if he finds any. He tells me that there are a bunch of games at the local Goodwill. He says the coolest thing they have is probably Street Fighter II SCE, which I already have, but I figured it couldn't hurt to make the drive.
So I get there, go up to the second floor, and as I'm approaching the glass case they store them in I see two stacks of Genesis games. Probably about six or seven games total. I'm looking at the left stack. Zero Tolerance is at the top, I've heard it's ok but I'm not super interested unless I can't find anything else that looks interesting. I look over at the next stack. Street Fighter II SCE. Some football game. Meh, I never find anything cool at these places. Oh. Oh my god. Is that M.U.S.H.A.!?
I turned around and got the help of one of the girls working there, and she opened the case for me. I grabbed Zero Tolerance and about four other games. I looked at the back of the Zero Tolerance box for about half a second before I stopped kidding myself about what I was so excited about. Moment of truth. I opened up the M.U.S.H.A. box and... it's complete! With the registration card! Holy cow!
So I put everything else back in the case, walked over to the register and payed, and I could hardly believe it was actually happening. I know these old games have to end up somewhere, but you never think you're gonna find something like this.
So I guess the point of this whole thing is get your friends to be on the lookout for Genesis games! You never know when you might strike video game gold!
