Kind of hard to believe Titus made that game... Their earlier titles weren't too bad at all.

My first haul of the new year, pretty ordinary except for hyperstone heist (why I bought the lot). Boxed only, and some asshole wrote his initials on all the carts but TMNT and Batman Returns. $15 for the lot.Attachment 4342
I picked up a mint SNES Final Fight 3 (cart only) today at a pawn shop for a whopping $2.50. Cart only usually sells for $30-40 on eBay, so I'd say it was quite a score.

A game I found so awesome, I had to get the Japanese version.

Got a couple of things over the holiday season, I'll list them in order of how interesting they might be:
First up, the Rahxephon anime.

I've heard it's a pretty good anime and had been wanting to watch it. All 7 volumes plus the movie, all of them are used but complete in good condition with original inserts. (Total cost of $18)
The next neat thing was....

A Gameboy Player with Disc for $9 (thanks GameStop!) and Qix for Gameboy at $2.
Now comes a story. As I was leaving my local used media store a lady was leaving as well with some items in her cart that they didn't want to buy from her. I took a look at them and asked if she'd be willing to sell them to me, and she happily agreed since I offered her all the cash I had left in my wallet for them.
First up is...

A couple PS2 sports games (meh), and some accessories. They are from left to right in the bottom row:
-A 7 foot PS1/2 extension cable
-A MadCatz PS2 DualShock controller
-A PS1 Piranha Pad
-A PS1 Dual Shock controller
Now, I've been saving the best for last, these are the final bits the lady sold to me, getting all the cash in my wallet for them.

PSX Finds of the day!
-You Don't Know Jack (2 CDs, but missing inserts)
-Rayman (Greatest Hits, but missing manual)
-PSX Memory card and case
-Legend of Dragoon
-Xenogears
-Suikoden
-Suikoden II
-Suikoden II Hint Guide
All of them seem to play fine except Suikoden II seems to be fairly scratched and won't play the opening movie. When I hit start to skip I get get right in and start a game though.
The total amount of cash that I had in my wallet that day? $27
Probably the best damn score I've had in a looooong time.
Funny, my absolute beater copy of Suikoden II which is heavily scratched can play the entire FMV movie just fine. I get the impression the PSX is one of the most scratch-tolerant systems ever. It still astonishes me to this day. I wonder if the black (or is it dark blue?) ink has something to do with it.
Just rep'ed you, Jackal.
Reboot is one of the few true masterpieces in the 3D animation world.
Lol, it's funny because as I was driving home after picking all this stuff up I told my wife that I thought this score was on par with the guy who found MUSHA for like $5
I didn't know the guide was worth so much though! Some of these are duplicates to games I already own though, so I'll try and put them up in the Bazaar here in the near future.
In a classic case of buying from a seller who clearly doesn't know the value of what he's selling, I got the following haul off ebay:
Original Gameboy system
Super Gameboy cartridge
Metroid II w/case & manual
Metroid II w/case
Bart Simpson's Escape From Camp Deadly (complete, but without the box insert)
Alfred Chicken w/case
Castlevania Adventure w/case
Castlevania II: Belmont's Revenge w/ case & manual
Mega Man III w/ case and manual
Ducktales w/case
Ducktales 2 w/case
$65 shipped (and he spent $10.50 on shipping).
The funny thing is that the seller could have made well over that by selling Mega Man, Metroid, and Castlevania II individually. If I were still in my ebay "flipping" phase, I'd probably try to get a profit off this haul, but I'm just a lowly collector now.
Also in the mail today was a loose copy of Street Fighter II for the gameboy and a CIB Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle (again without the insert).
Oh, and yesterday I got a CIB Mega Man 2.
